「Unfortunately, though it is not my practice to write poor reviews for anyone, I have caution the next person who signs up for this property. It is not as advertised. It is located in a very desolate and poor part of Palermo. It is a second rate building. The room we had was very dark and depressing. We had to terminate our stay and seek another location. The person responsible did not speak a word of English. The amneities were sparse. Any how, its not a luxury suite by any means. Sorry to say...

「I want to be fair on my review. The property charge extra 30 Euros for checking in after 6pm. I found this no good since traveling carries certain schedules, I consider 8 or 9pm is a common time to check in into any B&B, Hotel, etc. I do respect their rule. Also, the property did not disclose in internet that the bathrooms are shared. I understood every room has their own bathroom, it is not the case. When you arrive you find a building, with many apartments where regular people live in. There...

「They had just opened the stunning natural pool and it was exceptional. Also we approved to a welcome cocktail that was perfect and a choice of 5 different meals we could purchase instead of going out which were delightful. All the people how greeted us were very professional treated us like world class travelers, carried our luggage to our room and made sure our grandson had some fruit since he arrived hungry. 「It is a great hotel! Very spacious room and comfortable bed. It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. For us just spent two full days in beaches so no problem with a little remote from downtown. Do call the hotel to arrange pick up in the airport as the city taxi is much more expensive.」
