Your Palm Beach adventure begins at this delightful and spacious 700 sq ft, 1-bedroom condo. The cozy bedroom features a king bed, perfect for a soothing night's sleep. The living room offers an enjoyable space to relax, with a comfy Queen sofa bed for additional guests. This property also includes amenities like AC, 55" ROKU TV, Private hi-speed WiFi, kitchen, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella for your convenience. There is the option to combine with unit next door, titled Perfect Palm Beach Location#2 which has similar layout, but with queen bed and queen pullout. At the Historic Palm Beach Hotel, no car is needed due to the fantastic location with many great Restaurants, Shops, Cafes and Publix Grocery all within a few blocks. Enjoy the on-site heated pool, a day spa for massage, mani-pedi and beauty treatments in the lobby and the spectacular beach one block away. Book now and enjoy everything this condo has to offer.
As mentioned above, this unit 1108 has the ability to connect with unit 1107 for a combined 2 bdrm, 2 baths and a total combined 1500 sq ft. Please inquire as to availability.

CHECK-IN
We have an easy process for check-in and check-out. We aim to provide a 3pm check-in. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate early check-ins as we have the home deep cleaned after each stay. If, for some reason, your check-in is delayed, we will communicate this delay to you as soon as we know of it, but we are not responsible for any troubles it may cause you.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 11am sharp. Guests must vacate the unit no later than 11AM on the day ending the lease term. There is the ability to store luggage in the lobby if needed to enjoy the town after your 11:00 AM checkout. If guests hold over in occupancy of the premises after the expiration of the term, the guests shall become a tenant at sufferance only and otherwise subject to the terms and conditions of this lease, so far as applicable, and shall be liable for all damages sustained by the landlord on account of such holding over including lost profits.
TRASH
Trash room is located right down the hall on the right. When you check out, we ask you to remove your trash.
SUPPLIES
The home is maintained very well and we do our best to be sure all necessities are stored in the house. However, if we are missing some items, please let us know and we will do our best to replenish these items.
Please NOTE FOB Must be returned or there is a charge of $100 US.
ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES
The tenants bear all responsibility for their guests and family members. We are not liable, nor is it an excuse to ask for a discount or cancellation of the lease, for any phobias, fears, sprained ankles, splinters, cuts, bee stings, mosquito bites, tick bites, insect bites, bat bites, allergic reactions, pool injuries, falls, or any other such incidents. If there is any damage that necessitates urgent repairs that need to be performed due to any cause (including, but not limited to: acts of God, tenant irresponsibility, or equipment failure), the tenant will not be compensated for the disruption. In addition, the tenant will grant access to any professionals summoned to the property to fix and/or resolve the issue(s).
CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY
The Property is provided in “as is” condition. Rental Agent shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as internet access, cable TV access or pool as applicable. Rental Agent shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as pools, spas, fireplaces, decks, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk. Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property.
RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION
Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever. Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless property owner and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases.
RELEASE
Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility. By electronically accepting this agreement, guest agrees to abide by the above conditions and hereby swear the information provided above is true. Guest agrees to the terms of this agreement and has read and understands the cancellation policy and give operator permission to charge credit card accordingly.
LEGAL / LIABILITY WAIVER
By booking you acknowledge that you and all members of your group have read, understand, and agree to the below liability waiver. You understand that swimming is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold the property owners harmless. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owners for accidents or claims arising. All guests in your group acknowledge and agree that they have read and understood this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host/Owners.
