“Facility was not clean. Service was nonexistent. TV didn’t work. No response from front desk. You HAVE to use valet parking at $42/day plus fees. We thought it was optional. Also, $35/day resort fee. Dirty dishes left in hallways all week. Garbage left in hallways all week. Kids in hot tub with floats. Children’s birthday party using pool all afternoon one day with loud music and confetti left in pool. Very dated hotel that said it was recently renovated. ”

“The initial property was exactly as expected - small, just for two - and very clean. The fridge didn't seem to be cooling and our host responded almost immediately. She offered another property across the street that was an upgrade right away. Not something she had to do, but appreciated that she wanted to make sure all went well. “The condo was wonderful. Clean, spacious and cozy with good views. It has everything you need. Depending on how long you stay you may need to get to a grocery store for paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. There is a grocery store across th bridge (off the island).
