“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Requests were promptly granted. Only complaint is the entrance drive---back side of stores w/dumpsters is not attractive.”

“Mini fridge was beeping because door was broken allowing air to escape. Coils on fridge frozen solid. Attendant at front desk said he could not do anything since it was a one night stay. I asked for another ice bucket to make due. This was not a cheap one night stay either so i expected at least something to be done. Nothing was offered. Toilet seat was completely loose so no maintenance done prior to our stay and cleaners either didn't clean the toilet or failed to report it. Ac in room set to……

The only two concerns I had was I thought the beach chairs should be included with the room price and not have to be rented. The second concern was that I saw visitors at the pool who did not seem to be guests. “We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. It was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. The furniture in the main and dining area was nice. View of the beach and access to it were great. They had many options for extra activities like tennis, shuffleboard, pool tables etc. Tried our hand at shuffleboard and had fun. Felicia (I think that was her name? ) that checked us in was very friendly and was a wealth of information for the area. ”

“I paid for premium room and got a secondary room and both the rental company and Expedia refused to refund the overcharged room rate. The coffee pot was rusted and barely worked, clearly need to be replaced. The blinds were missing the handles to close them, the light on the refrigerator didn’t work.
