Luxurious 3 bedroom home with large pool and spa on an expansive half acre with mountain views. Gourmet kitchen, large living area, barbecue, and an outdoor covered patio. Perfect for up to 6 guests - even your pet! 5 minute walk to El Paseo District for best dining, shops and entertainment. We can arrange for a driver should you desire to make excursions to desert attractions and hiking.

The light filled entry looks out to a beautiful water feature and on to the sparkling pool and back yard. The great room features 2 custom red leather couches overlooking the pool. Next is the dining area that seats 6-8. The gourmet kitchen has a huge center island with sink, granite countertops, all appliances, cookware and well stocked spice drawer. A llaundry room is adjacent.

The second great room extends from the kitchen and has a large leather sectional and more seating, a TV with cable and other streaming platforms and a gas fireplace.

The outdoor living room/patio is accessed from the great room/kitchen. It has an overhead fan and comfortable seating for that morning coffee and the evening cocktails. The view is of the large backyard, pool and the mountains. There is total privacy on this 1/2 acre property as it is surrounded by walls and tall hedges. Perfect for your pets. There is a built-in BBQ island and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6. Large pool and spa. Spa heated. Pool heat upon request and separate fee of $95/day.

The master suite features a King bed, gas fireplace, a library of books and a separate door to the pool and spa. There is a large master bath with large walk in shower/steam. There is a full walk-in closet. The separate toilet room has a doggy door to the outside. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, TV, and en suite bath with an extra deep soaking tub and a shower. Suite 3 has a Queen bed, TV, desk and an ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

1 King, 2 Queen. Sleeps 6. Maximum guests is 6 (per ordinance).

There is WiFi with boosters to have good reception throughout the house. Linens, bath and pool towels are provided. Laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Garage is closed off and reserved for owner. Semi circular driveway with plenty of parking for 3 cars. No street parking is allowed. Owner reserves one spot on the far right side of driveway.

Central location adjacent to the world famous El Paseo shopping district. 5 minute Walk to center of El Paseo. 20 minute drive to Palm Springs. 15 minute drive to the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens as well as the Polo Grounds, home of the Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals.

Local valley wide noise ordinances are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM and no outside music over 60 decibels is allowed.

Separate casita with separate outside entrance for caretaker use. Your privacy is assured at all times.

The home is better than the photos. The check in and keys were easy to navigate. The location is near to shops and cafes. The tennis is 12 minute drive. The pool. And outdoor space is lovely. The rooms were well lit and the beds weee comfy. The pitched. And the outdoor grill made our family meals easy to prepare We would stay here again for sure!!!

This is a beautiful home …. Not your typical rental, this is an extremely comfortable and luxurious home. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. One of the best equipped homes we have ever stayed in… appliances pots, pans, cutlery… you name it. Can’t have a better location in the area than El Paseo. We will be back.

We greatly enjoyed our 40-plus day stay at the Pinyon house. The location is optimal with dining and shopping venues on El Paseo just four blocks away. The house itself is quite impressive, especially the enclosed back yard with its lovely spa and swimming pool. It is spaciously designed for entertaining, easily accommodating 14 party guests one evening. Despite its large footprint, the house only has three bedrooms, which in our case necessitated overflow bedding into one of the several lounge areas on several nights. There is a fourth bedroom in a separate casita, but the owners use that as their private office. Marta and her husband were gracious hosts and did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. We had a few mechanical problems during the first two weeks which were resolved as fast as they could be, considering we were there over the year-end holidays. It took us a couple of weeks before we mastered the spa control system the owners had recently installed, but after some reprogramming by the pool guy we figured it out. However, the heater needed four hours to heat up the spa and we never were able to heat the pool to a usable temperature. But of course we were there in January. If we could change one thing about the house we would request new beds, especially upgrading the guest rooms from queens to kings.

More than beautiful. I loved all the art installations. One thing that stood out for the decorator in me, is the fact that all the walls were not white, but softly different colors. I believe when people have really good art, it can stand out without the background being starkly whitel.

My party and I had an absolute incredible time renting out this property for the weekend. Marta was absolutely amazing to work with. The entire property from indoors to almost an acre of backyard was pristine and perfect. The pool and spa were a great touch. Everything was top notch and working with Marta was seamless and easy from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again.
