Our properties are professionally managed and include starter coffee kits, kitchen consumables, welcome gift, and bathroom essentials. We offer timely guest service support throughout your stay.
OUTDOORS
The property features a private yard with a fire feature and ample seating for four, a dining table for six, and a BBQ grill with four burners. On warmer days, swim in the pebble tech pool and enjoy the sunset views with a glass of wine!
INDOORS
This home features an open-space floor plan. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a 50-inch smart TV. The dining room provides comfortable dining for fout and connects to the kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances and is amply stocked for anyone who loves to cook. The office is located off the living room and features a work desk and workout equipment. The property includes driveway parking and a washer and dryer. The driveway can accommodate four cars.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary bedroom is spacious and features a ceiling fan, closet, king bed and a 50in SmartTV.. The primary bath includes a walk-in shower and a single vanity.. Guest Room One features a queen bed, a large closet, and access to the backyard. The guest bedroom two also features a queen bed, 42in. SmartTV, and access to the backyard. The guest bedroom four features a twin bed for overnight guests.

Pack sunscreen and get ready to have fun! Our location offers easy access to a variety of places of interest: Indian Wells Tennis Gardens (3 min), the Shops on El Paseo (11 min), Acrisure Arena (14 min), Palm Springs International Airport (30 min), the Living Desert (13 min), our fabulous Gardens and Zoo, and the Street Fair (15 min). Come and enjoy all the exciting things this place has to offer!
The minimum age for this property is 25 years—NO SMOKING; NO PARTIES. For the cancellation policy, please refer to the Rental Agreement
An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.
POOL HEAT
Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool.
PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
