**Attention Golfers!! This gorgeous single-level, luxury end unit Condo sits on the Championship Golf Course. We are now Including the Exclusive (Private) Palm Valley Country Club Platinum Membership!! Our guests are invited to play either of TWO Private 18 Hole Golf Courses in the club. Also All 46 swimming pools, full Spa Facility, World Class Workout Facility, Tennis, and Pickle Ball. Driving range, chipping and putting practice green also offered!
Located on a quiet cul-de sac near 2 swimming Pools with spas. Our street is Excellent for walking and biking, take a stroll down to the full-service Clubhouse featuring a restaurant and bar and grill downstairs that also serves your favorite beverage.
Our Condo shows Definite Pride of Ownership. The large Fairway patio features amazing mountain views and a Professional Grade Stainless BBQ. The Kitchen has been upgraded and opened to the living room and dining room, all with views and perfect for entertaining.
Palm Valley C.C. is close to the fabulous New Acrisure Arena as well as the MacCallum theatre, El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of the desert) 100's of fabulous restaurants, and four Casinos also offering first-class entertainment.

Wonderful stay at Palm Valley Country Club

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The kitchen is so well stocked and the location is amazing. We enjoyed the mornings and afternoons watching golfers play the course. We golfed quite a few times while there and the two courses are beautiful. The golf course staff were so friendly and made you feel right at home even though you were tenants. We loved using the gym and workout classes, spa and morning breakfasts at the clubhouse. Palm Valley Country Club is a special community and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay.
