Great Accommodations, but Poor Service
Property great! Cleanly, spacious, awesome accommodations! However, upon check-in front desk said stay was 4 days, not 2 and that credit card would have to stay on file. Upon letting property management team know, they said you could stay for 2 extra nights for free due to mix up. Therefore, left personal items and valuables in room to gather in afternoon while still leaving on 2nd day only to be called (in the middle of an event) to say that security would be entering and removing our items. When reaching out to the host immediately for clarification, they pretended they did not say what they said even with saved screen shots and proof of previous statements made. Unacceptable customer service with no accountability taken.

Worst experience. A few days before our trip the host canceled us via messages. It being coachella weekend, we had to scramble and find a different property. Our reservation was never considered "cancelled" on Vrbo and was still listed as a "booked" reservation. Hence why I am able to write this review. Technically if the reservation is canceled on Vrbo, we would have been notified via email AND guests aren't prompted to write a review. I myself am a short term rental host and know the back end of how everything works. Third party and property owners should take accountability and not take advantage of a busy weekend like Coachella just to make profit. You are better than that.
