Lovely Casita!
What a gem! We had a family reunion nearby and this was a perfect place for us to homebase. We had the pool to ourselves and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The apartment is perfectly appointed in a beautiful country club.

Very comfortable,clean and private casita.
The property is impeccable with great views in the pool area. Magnificent grapefruit tree with the tastiest grapefruits. Convenient location for shopping and restaurants. We took side trips to, living desert, date farm, Joshua national park and Palm Springs. Loved Las Consuela Mexican restaurant. Will plan to come back.

Gorgeous setting despite cloudy weather. Quality bed made a big difference compared to stays at other rentals. Ideal location for zoo and easy access to all locations in the valley. Don't miss the Agua Caliente Cultural Museum in Palm Springs.

Fabulous
We had a wonderful two-day stay! The unit is small, as described in the listing, and consists of a bedroom and bathroom. The location is phenomenal with gorgeous views in a gated country club community. The unit has a coffee maker, refrigerator, and a few cups and glasses. This met our needs as we dined out. It’s very close to all the fabulous restaurants and shops on El Paso. Highly recommend this unit for a short stay in Palm Desert!

Private Oasis in the Desert
We spent a wonderful relaxing getaway in their private Casita. Close to casinos and Living Desert. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Pool and spa were wonderful and private. Great quiet place to enjoy the beautiful desert. No kitchen as listed though. A mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave were in the unit. No sink to wash our cups or table and chairs to enjoy eating our take out food. That would have been helpful in making our weekend perfect.

Beautiful community, try the tree and sun ripened citrus
The Casita is inside a large and very well maintained gated community; at least 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi's to choose from. Both the community and Casita were clean, quiet and pleasant. I was delightfully surprised at how sweet and delicious the sun/tree ripened grapefruit were! There are numerous citrus trees in the community putting out lots of fruit, guests can help themselves. In stores, I found grapefruits to be usually sour and acidic. I imagine the long time in the intense desert sun is what makes them these grapefruits so good. Plus the oranges were amazingly juicy and flavorful too. I made some amazing Paloma cocktails when I got home - its a nice alternative to a margarita if you're up for a change. Fresh grapefruit juice is the key ingredient in a Paloma.

We went to Palm Desert for the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. We weren’t at the property much but it is just a few miles from Paseo Dr with lots of restaurants and 10-15 minutes to the Indian Wells tennis complex. Hosts were kind and gave us some restaurant suggestions. Yard is lovely and has beautiful views of the mountains. The casita was stocked with everything we needed.

First I'll say, we'll be back! George and Nancy were exceptional hosts. The casita is private, within walking distance to the community pools (1 right out back and another across the street), clean, a SUPER comfortable bed, and had everything we needed--I feel like if I needed anything additional that George and Nancy would have provided it (within reason, of course!).

I would describe the casita as similar to a nice hotel room. Nice pool to cool off in. We were there in middle of summer, so the neighborhood/ grounds/pool was deserted. Very quiet stay. But man is it hot in palm desert in July. Who would have thought…?

My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend and absolutely loved it!! Our hosts were so sweet and communication with them was great!! The room was clean and comfortable! They let us pick oranges and grapefruits from their trees which was a wonderful treat! We used the beautiful pool everyday and always had it to ourselves! The location was great to get around to all the places we wanted to visit and close to stores and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!
