This bright condo has an ideal floor plan, perfect for a vacation. The updated kitchen features new appliances, new cabinets, and a breakfast bar. It has everything you need to prepare all of your meals. The kitchen transitions to the living room, where you and your loved ones can sit and enjoy the 50-inch Smart TV with local and national channels and a variety of streaming apps. The living room comfortably seats 6 guests. This condo also features a new washer and dryer, along with two parking spaces, one of which is covered.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a king bed, a 43-inch Smart TV with cable, a ceiling fan, an en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. Palm Desert Resort Country Club offers an 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and a Clubhouse. RULES

PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
