The photos make this property look way better than it is. I had to initiate the check-in process, in spite of being told PS requires property managers to call at check-in and needing to make an appointment to receive their call. The kitchen is very basically furnished with a four-piece place setting, which is the overall approach. Lots of dish washing is needed. The carving knives are almost as sharp as butter knives. The biggest issue was that the hot tub jets were broken. Sunny Days said they were sending someone to fix during multiple communications (app, text, phone), but no one showed. When I asked Sunny Days for 300 back (60 a day) on the last day, they offered 130 and required an agreement that required no negative public reviews. I felt if was important for future renters to know what to expect if they rent here or with Sunny Days. They can keep the 130.
