OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property captures the magic of Southern California glamour - designed in true Palm Springs-style. The mountain views are absolutely spectacular. The backyard itself is so private, spacious and well-planned. The inground pool and spa are surrounded by chaise lounges and shade umbrellas. There’s a gas barbecue, alfresco dining, an outdoor bar with a fire feature and another separate firepit lounge area that is perfect for long desert evenings under the stars.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Like the hippest boutique hotel, all of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, a flat screen television, ample storage and a dedicated courtyard. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, an en suite bath, and its own direct pool access. The two guest rooms share easy access to the hall bath. Both offer King Beds (there is an option for one of the rooms to be converted to two twins.)

THE LOCATION
Racquet Club Estates is a very popular residential neighborhood that is close to the airport, convention center, and casino. It is a walkable neighborhood located less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive with its fantastic restaurants, clubs, art galleries, shopping, cabarets, and nightlife! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places, and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by.
