Perfect Space

"Jen's house was perfect for our week with family. Everyone had their own space to relax and also to come together to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and flatware, plenty of clean bathrooms, and the backyard was very peaceful. Would definitely stay again."

Business getaway

We booked our stay as a getaway with some employees & friends! It was the perfect location, the house is beautiful, lots of space. Great location to get to everything as well. Outdoor setting has beautiful views as well.

Cycling trip

Opened the garage early for us so we could assemble bikes and ride on day 1. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful backyard and hot tub.

When we arrived they had the TVs showing the Super Bowl. So thoughtful! And that was everything about the stay , it had everything we needed . Pool was warm and amazing . Yard being fenced in was wonderful with the dog. The views of the course and the mountains were amazing. We will be back for sure . It was perfect

Graduation celebration

My family and I had a fantastic stay. The property was like a dream come true for us. They provided us with graduation balloons for my daughter which was a wonderful surprise. The pool and hot tub was great. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful property!

Family Getaway

The house exceeded our expectations. Lots of space for 6 adults and 2 infants. The backyard was beautiful overlooking the golf course and mountains. Property manager (Jen) replied within minutes to any questions we had. We would definitely come back.

Fabulous House for Large Group!

We had five couples celebrating a milestone birthday. This five-bedroom home was perfect! Easily accommodated our group. Location was fantastic for the golfers in our group, and backyard worked well for non-golfers to relax poolside in the sun. Management responded quickly to all our queries. Highly highly recommend! We will be back!!!

Legends Stay n beautiful neighborhood

Checkin and communication with TRAVLR was excellent- very responsive. The home is in a beautiful gate guarded community. All questions and inquiries were answered promptly. The home is expansive that includes different areas for entertaining. Our group enjoyed the bar area, pool table and fireplace. We were able to enjoy an in home spa day with massage tables set up in the master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and bar area well stocked with barware and cooking and entertaining dishes.Thank you.

La Quinta's Best

Overall this residence was completely perfect for our short mini family reunion. Good location, very clean and well stocked with everything you need. We had a small issue with the outdoor grill but management was on top of it immediately. Bravo! If anything I am not a fan of memory foam mattresses but it didn't bother the others. Having said that I would rent this home again. Great outdoor space.

Outstanding home

This home is everything one expects for a first class home. Perfect for our family reunion of 8 adults and 4 children. The house is in perfect condition including a complete inventory of kitchen equipment, sharp knives, glassware, etc. the bedrooms are well appointed and spacious. The pool and hot tub works exactly as expected. The staff was terrific from initial rental steps through thoughtful communication when we arrived and during our visit. We give this a 10+ rating.

Very Well Maintained

"We absolutely loved Legends home. It was clean and very well maintained. The beds were super comfy. The pros are a lot. The kitchen was equipped with everything. The house had a great flow. The master bedroom was its own quarters. The cons was the fifth bedroom was not accessible to the house. You had to enter from outside by the driveway. I definitely will come back and stay there. We loved the home."

Legends Way

The property is located in a safe and quiet community. Perfect location and house for a family get together. The layout was perfect for us, 5 adults and 4 children. The house is decorated in good taste and the amenities are very nice, great pool, spa, ping pong table, pool table, etc. If you are looking for a party house, this house is not for you. If you are looking for a house to rest, have family time and enjoy each others company, this is the perfect house. The check in and check out was seamless. We felt at home throughout our stay. We never left the property. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your meals, however if you want to order food, there are several options to order from. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing Family Retreat

This property is phenomenal! We shared a long, relaxing family retreat poolside & had the best time!! House is extremely spacious & well laid out and the great room/kitchen/billiard room is perfect for game night & family time! The bedrooms were lovely and all the beds/bedding were incredibly high quality!! We did lots of cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked with beautiful dishes, cooking necessities, no stone left unturned! My niece, who is an interior decorator kept commenting on how high quality the furnishings & details on this house are. The outdoor pool/spa/fire pit/ ping pong table was phenomenal! We thoroughly the spacious outdoor amenities…lots of places to enjoy your morning coffee, while enjoying the gorgeous views of the mountains. Jen was incredibly attentive & responsive to our needs prior to our stay and during! We loved every moment we spent at this beautiful property and cannot wait to make this a yearly vacay spot for our family!

Great Golf Get Away with 4 Couples

Stayed in late Sept./early Oct. with friends (four couples) for a golf and relaxation get away. The house accommodated our group well. We appreciated having king beds in 4 of the rooms. The master was HUGE. The other three en-suite bedrooms were nice size, bathrooms were small, but adequate. We enjoyed the common areas, well appointed kitchen, bar, pool table (which we used quite a bit) and also made use of the nice yard, pool, Jacuzzi, ping pong table and fire place/bowls. The golf courses we chose to play and restaurants in old town La Quinta were relatively close. El Paseo was a little further away, but do-able. The house manager was very responsive and took care of our needs in a timely manner. Over all as advertised and a great home to rent in Palm Desert.

Last Hurrah!

We booked this amazing house with two other families before summer ended and kids heading back to school. It was truly a fabulous experience. The house was just as pictured. It was well built, well designed and well maintained. Very clean and great energy throughout the house. The layout was great for entertaining all our families. The kitchen, living area, and bar area were perfect for eating and drinking and hanging out with a big group. The backyard was perfect for swimming all day and barbecuing meals along with a fireplace for smores in the evening. We all loved it so much we want to come back to this same house each year. The property manager was super responsive throughout the whole experience. Whether through text or through the VRBO app, I was always able to connect with her. Highly recommend!

Mostly good, but some issues

We liked the common space, the eating areas, the bar, pool table, ping pong and the outdoors. It was clean. Master bedroom is huge, but other bedrooms and bathrooms were not. No one was happy with the limited range set for air conditioning. It got hot at night even with ceiling fans running. The garage door opening system was a hassle, and the main front entry lock didn’t work. So overall positive, but a few items disappointed us.

Amazing Home!

"This home was amazing! Clean, spacious, well equipped & everything was functional! Check in was a breeze. Jen was a great communicator. There was a very handy instructional book available so any questions I had were answered there. Pool was great and and instructions were self explanatory unlike some homes where you have to call to contact the host to make adjustments. Home looks just just as pictured. Was very quiet & private. We used food and grocery delivery services and had no issues with security at gate. I did have to describe my car that was in the driveway for deliveries as the address number was covered by a bougainvillea bush and a bit hard to find but that wasn't much of an issue. Everything over all was pretty easy breezy. We would definitely stay again!"

Beautiful Home!

"Beautiful home with a great pool. With August heat we could enjoy the pool in the evening and were able to see a shooting star. Pool was quite warm and I recommend not to get heated pool option if there in 100 degree weather. Note that pool lights are turned off at 11pm. They kept tuning off every hour starting at 9:30pm the first couple night and we had to keep contacting the host - they were responsive most of the time. I recommend proactively asking that they keep lights on between the hours you plan to use pool in the evening. Accommodations were great - beds were comfy and home was comfortable with AC. We were thankful for the board games as we were traveling with young kids. We also really enjoyed the awesome pool table near the living room. Showers always came to temperature quickly even when most of our group was using showers at the same time. Will definitely consider this property when I come back to La Quinta. Kudos to the hosts for making the property family friendly."
