Everything was as described. It turned out to a hot week so pool warming was unnecessary and they refund that additional fee. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked including espresso machine. particularly liked the filtered water system and refrigerator with cold water pitcher and multi sized ice cubes. Everything was excellent including conversation with owners. 5 star

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, the kitchen was extremely well stocked and the backyard was lovely. Beds were super comfy, and the location worked perfectly for us. 10-15 minutes to downtown and all the great hikes. One small issue is that there are only 2 bathrooms so if there are guests in all 3 bedrooms, it is inconvenient for the guest in the smaller bedroom. Otherwise this is a fabulous choice for a visit to Palm Springs
