Clean, spacious and excellent location

This place had extra bedrooms and bathrooms compared to other homes in our price range, which wasn’t a priority for us but sure was a nice bonus in the end. It was very clean and well kept. It’s close enough to walk to Ruth Hardy Park or just a short drive to the main strip along Palm Canyon Drive.

Stayed at the Movie Colony for a Bachelorette weekend with 10 girlfriends. Overall, we had a great stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the many floaties that the host left for us.Well equipped for cooking with 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, and a fully stocked kitchen. Bathrooms with each bedroom were also an added bonus!Lost power briefly, but the host was prompt in sending someone to fix it ASAP. Cons: -Air conditioning was inadequate throughout the house in 104 degree weather. The games room in particular was incredibly hot and we were instructed not to lower the AC below 76 degrees.

Great House with large bedrooms

The house has 5 bedrooms with on suite bathroom. The last two room share a bathroom. It was idea for our party of seven guys. The outdoors has pool, two different lawns, ample parking, and Spa

Baseball Tournament

This place was by far the best house we have stayed at in the last 10 years of going to the annual Palm Springs Baseball Tournament. If i had one gripe would be noise issues complaints. We were not even loud. Everything echoes in this particular house. Even though we couldn't get the pool heated. We still enjoyed the jacuzzi.
