GUEST ACCESS

You will have complete access to the entire home and carport. The house is walled and the backyard is completely private! You will be greeted in person at your check-in and given the door code.

​​​​​​​*There is a 29-night minimum stay for this property. However, you do not have to stay in the home the entire 29 days.

*No smoking indoors

*No pets allowed on the property; owners have severe pet allergies.

*You must be 25 years or older to rent a vacation home in Palm Springs.

* Guest will be required to pay for actual usage of gas and electric. Billed at cost plus 10%. A $1000 utility deposit will be required for each 29-day booking.

* A mid stay clean is required each 14 days. Our housekeeping staff, they will change over the sheets and clean the home for the normal cleaning fee.
