Every detail has been meticulously curated, from the new butterfly roof and clerestory windows to the luxurious furnishings by SHA Interior Design. The home boasts a bright, open floor plan with soaring ceilings, high-end finishes, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. A gourmet kitchen, expansive dining room, and sleek wet bar make it perfect for entertaining, while four en-suite bedrooms offer comfort and privacy for every guest.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Designed for relaxation and entertainment, the private backyard is a serene oasis surrounded by lush landscaping and enclosed for ultimate privacy. A sparkling new pool and spa take center stage, complemented by a cozy firepit and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a Hestan grill, refrigerator, and sink. The thoughtfully designed garden by Tim P. Turner includes unique touches like a mango tree and passionfruit vine, creating a space that feels both luxurious and inviting.
Multiple lounge areas provide the perfect setting for enjoying the beautiful desert weather, from sunbathing by the pool to dining al fresco under the stars.
** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **
