“This place is amazing. Excellent location, with bus service close by. Modern clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing common area with drinks and snacks all day. Hot tub.
The staff are nicest most accommodating people possible.
I think think is the BEST place in Manitou Springs.
If you are running the PP Ascent or Marathon, this place is very close to the starting line!”

“This B&B is excellent. The Staff is very friendly and helpful with knowing the area. The breakfast’s were so delicious and accommodating to special diet needs. The house itself is beautiful and location is wonderful. Highly recommend and can’t wait to get back there. Love this place! ”

“Staying at this B&B is a pure treat! There is nowhere you could possibly find a better view. Ann Marie and Dane prepare wonderful breakfasts and great conversation and service. It is off the beaten path so if you love quiet and nature and beauty then this is the place for you. Be sure to leave time to enjoy the experience of being there. You will have regrets if you are just looking for a place to crash for a night. ”
