“We arrived at the proprty and walked up to the porch to ring the doorbell. The property was overrun with dead plants and was very un kempt. The steps were hard to negotiate for my wife and I. There were pots of dead plants on every step. There was a cat tower next to the front door, and there was feces smeared on it right at eye level. On the one side of the porch was some kind of pet house with heat lamps in front of it, possibly for feral cats? On the other side of the porch were 3 chairs,……

“We have stayed in B&B's for 30+ years. This is the first time we have been told breakfast was not included but we could pay more if we wanted it. The bed was uncomfortable . The cat was irritating. The "private" bathroom was down the hall and someone else tried to get in while I was in there. No bath towels. Just a terrible experience.”
