"We were informed an hour or so before check in that they had to change the unit booked. The unit given in nothing resembled the one on the pictures. Not worth the price we paid for the unit. Old kitchen, old towels (were white some time ago). After a long trip not even a roll of toilet paper. No more communication with host after check in. Just a terrible experience. "

"My friend and I stayed at this apartment during the festival week while visiting Pamplona for the running of the bulls. Not only did the apartment meet our needs perfectly, the location was perfect, and the host were very helpful with transportation to and from the train station, as well as leaving us very thoughtful gifts. We loved our stay and would return to this flat again."

"They canceled the reservation 24 hours before check in. The reason stated was “natural disaster”. This was for the San Fermin festival. I suspect they rented the apartment for a higher fee and simple made up an excuse to cancel my reservation. I rented this on Expedia - in all communications they asked me to “check my VRBO account”. I don't have a VRBO account. Very poor experience."
