Welcome to Seachase E201! You are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this luxury beach front condo with 60 feet of floor-to-ceiling glass in the living/dining/kitchen and both bedrooms, all of which overlook the Gulf of Mexico. Totally renovated, high-end gulf front unit for up to 8 people maximum. Living/dining/kitchen area and two bedrooms all facing the gulf. You can't beat this unit. Granite countertops, warm decor with beautiful furniture. Owner allows mature guests who know how to take care of other's property. No smoking anywhere in this unit (including on the balcony).

This is a dog friendly unit. No cats. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed to stay in this unit. Please note dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of Seachase, but they are allowed at designated dog beach areas and the closest one is about 1 mile east of Seachase at the pier at Pier Park.

Seachase is located only a mile from great dining and shopping at Peir Park and only a couple of miles from Frank Brown Park where most softball and baseball tournaments are held.

*Maximum Occupancy: 8
*Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
*A maximum of 2 well-trained dogs are allowed. No weight restrictions, but no aggressive breeds.
*Beds: 4 - (king-size bed in master bedroom, 2 queen-size beds in guest bedroom, queen-size sleeper sofa)

Awesome view and space

My family enjoyed the views from this condo! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. My doggies loved being able to vacation with us too! I rarely would stay at the same place, but I would definitely go back!

Amazing weekend!

Thank you for an amazing weekend! The location and views were perfect!!! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what our family of 5 needed to enjoy the beach! RELAXING WITH WAVES

Amazing condo with fantastic view of beach and waves. Beds were comfortable but quite high to get into, problem for husband causing already bad back to hurt so much we left early. I had no problem and felt very comfortable and would have enjoyed staying for whole trip. We had a long drive back home so left when he knew he should. We highly recommend and when the balcony doors get replaced it should really be lovely, they were hard to open and my husband could not. Love that it is pet friendly and we enjoyed taking him for meals at Runaway Island Beach Bar and Grill, very good and happy server, had coconut shrimp and loved how fresh it was. Also ate at Pompano Joe's Seafood House, the blackened grouper was fabulous and fresh

Property needs some cleaning. Private beach had lots of cigarette butts and trash. Room was good, needs some fresh paint and a deep clean otherwise good. Host was excellent answers immediately and addressed our issues promptly.

This was our second time staying here and once again, it did not disappoint. Located right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Family vacation with dogs

Spent the week with family and 2 dogs. Great location. Beach was not overcrowded at this end. Loved that beach service was included and we didn’t have to lug sandy chairs and umbrellas back and forth. Grandma could sit on balcony with the dogs and watch the kids in the water if she didn’t want to come down to beach. Everything you need to cook is in kitchen. We made breakfast everyday. Winn Dixie in walking distance. Beautiful oceanfront views from every room, we never wanted to close the blinds. Older building but kept up, would definitely rent again. Owner very easy to work with and quick to respond.

Perfect Getaway

we're all turning 60 this year! this place was perfect for the 5 of us. Super nice and spacious. The views are awesome. Plenty of bath towels & wash clothes. It was a great home away from home. We will try to stay here again on our next trip!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I loved staying at this property. Everything was very clean and the beds are nice and comfortable. They let our golden retriever stay here and that is very hard to find. Most condos on the beach have a strict weight limit for dogs. The host had great communication and was very friendly. We would love to stay here again!

The condo was beautiful, very clean, had everything we needed. Could not ask for a nicer place. Very pet friendly. My Simba enjoyed the balcony watching the people and ocean. Beautiful sunsets. We’ll definitely will be staying there again.

Condo looks just like the pictures. Location can’t be beat especially those traveling with dogs, as it’s so close to the dog beach at Pier Park! Ginormous closets and the master bathroom was also very spacious. Corri was always prompt in her replies to my messages. Couldn’t ask for anything more. We picked this property because of the layout all bedrooms with ocean views and it did not disappoint. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Best of all it came with two umbrellas and 4 chairs. The unit decor is dared from the 80s but it is ver ynice. Will definitely stay here again

Pet friendly stay

We had a wonderful time. I love that it accepted my 58 lbs dog. Most places don’t. The condo was very clean and in a great location. The whole place has a view of the beach. The only drawback is they don’t show up to repair things. Luckily, the leaking master sink didn’t ruin our vacation.

One of the most amazing places we've stayed

Our family has been visiting PCB for 28+ years. This is one of the BEST condos we've visited. The room setup was perfect. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect if you're interested in visiting Pier Park and several restaurants. It's very convenient to grocery stores. For our stay, there was hardly no one on the beach. It was not crowded at all. Our entire visit was perfect!!! We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful view and nice location

We enjoyed our stay here in unit E201. The ocean view is awesome! You're able to view the ocean from the dining, living room, kitchen and both bedrooms. Very relaxing! I would recommend the owner have the ac unit maintenance done, because the master bedroom was warm at times, even though the ac was on. Also. some of the balcony furniture needs to be replaced. I almost fell through one of the chairs, so I switched to a rocking chair. I did see in a previous post that the same happened to them as well with one of the chairs. Overall, we enjoyed our mini spring break vacation! The host responds very quickly and was very nice.
