The biggest problem was the broken air conditioning when we arrived in 100 F temperature. We also had a problem with the carbon monoxide alarm system. The pretty was not cleaned to expected standard. The company response was apologetic but they were not able to problem solve the situation quickly despite being aware ahead of time that the air conditioning was broken. Spent two days of our holiday dealing with workmen.
