Unit was very clean and perfect location for the Jazzfest. There was a couple things wrong such as garbage disposal was out of order, but the property manager was very responsive.

Perfect location, great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay, great communication & service from the and Aqua team. This area of the beach doesn't have a lot of seaweeds, appears to be calmer than east end and there's a sandbar a few feet from the shore. Short walking distance to the pier, Pier Park, many food places and shopping (including Walmart for groceries).Awesome view from our unit (15th floor with fast elevators), nice pools, refreshment bar, beach service, grill area. Restrictions in place which made it fun & orderly for everyone.The unit has a great layout, modern kitchen, well equipped, very comfortable. Some furniture were a little worn but nothing that will stop us from going back to the same unit.

Awesome Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ladies at Bookbeach were super nice! The location of this condo was awesome! We walked to dinner and Pier Park almost every night. The elevators at the Aqua are the best in PCB! Pools were clean! The drinks at the bar by the pool were delicious! We only had 1 issue with the condo and Bookedbeach took care of it quickly!
