Much needed get away

Very nice room. Very clean and well equipped with supplies. The bed slept well. The balcony was so nice and we enjoyed the view with the music playing down below. The whol place from the room to the pools was immaculate. Will definitely stay here again.

Pool closing

We loved the room and the location. No complaints about either. The pool closing as soon as it got dark killed our vacation. The kids couldn’t understand why nor could I. We would come back but if you have kids check on the pool situation

No beach chairs

I inquired about beach service / chairs being included. I had to ask twice before receiving the reply “I think so” There is no beach chairs included and the cost is $45 per day.

Our Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Our only draw back was the elevators. Their are 4 for the building. During our stay at least one was broken all the time. The last 2 days two were broken. Since the condo is on the 13 floor, we had to wait really long times since everyone was only using two elevators. The pool and beach are really nice and our 3 year loved them. There is also a lot of access to family activities around the condo.

30th Anniversary Trip

Sherry, the property manager was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and helpful during the entire process. The beachside unit we were in was a little dated but was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. It was conveniently located near restaurants and grocery. There were issues with a couple of the elevators all week. The bar at the pool made amazing drinks. Ahmer at the umbrellas and chairs was super polite and they had an efficient system. They had Karaoke by the pool a couple of afternoons and evenings and that was entertaining. Evenings were quiet and peaceful. The beaches were groomed each night and morning and the water was exactly what you expect on Florida’s Emerald Coast
