Condo 1102 is located on the 11th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 11th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an $75 registration fee on-site for parking passes and armbands, and a $100 Security Deposit HOLD.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Walking in, the first thing you see is the amazing view. The open concept layout leads into the living room, where you will find comfortable seating for everyone in your group. There is also free Wifi and a Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.
2 ) Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
