The ground floor bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom suite allows access to all of the home's amenities, all on the lower level and opens to the back patio.
Bedrooms: Second Floor (2 total)
The second floor hallway leads to 2 bedrooms: One with a queen-sized bed, and one "bunk room" with two kid-friendly, twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 total beds). These bedrooms share a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The Living Spaces:
The ground floor features a spacious living area with a large flat-screen TV, two nap-worthy 3-seat sofas and windows that fill the space with natural light. There is room here for everyone to gather after a day at the beach!
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and amenities you'd find at home, including a Keurig coffee maker and french-door refrigerator/freezer with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. (Publix is 1.5 miles away) The dining area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for family dinners. The adjacent kitchen island with 4 bar stools makes for a great breakfast bar!
Outdoor Spaces
Outside, the ground-level backyard patio is equipped with portable charcoal grill. You will also see additional parking along the street behind the home and a fenced playground.
The front of the home features a 2-car driveway. As a guest, you will have access to the two large swimming pools, located near the community entrance. You will find the beach easy to access by a 0.7 mile walk, or 8-min drive! There is also a Trampoline park and bar/restaurant a short trail walk away, located behind the playground.
