Needs some Updating
This location is perfect. We loved this area. The room has an old musty smell and other areas were dirty… carpet heavily stained and torn, furniture was stained… shower curtain liner heavy with soap scum. Just not my standard. I reached out with the feedback and the property managers were quick to respond and wanted to clean some things but we were just staying the weekend and decided it would be more disruptive to our trip. Anyway, great management… probably lies on the actual owners not putting in necessary capital to keep the place up.

Panama City condo
The location was fabulous, steps away from the beach and it was very inexpensive. However, the musty smell along with layers of dirt on surfaces was shocking. We had to buy air fresheners and cleaners before we could stay there. I’m not sure I will ever get that smell out of my nose. Our coffee pot was broken so they did promptly bring us a new one and apologized for the smell. I honestly hope they look into the upkeep of this unit as it the worst place I’ve ever rented.

Simple but clean!!
The exterior of the condo is in desperate need of cleaning and repairs but the interior of the condo could use some updates but was very clean and is very close and convenient to the beach. The area is on the quieter stretch of beachfront which is great when you have small children. The pool/hot tub area was very clean as well as the bathroom areas and easily accessible. The only downside is the laundry room is shared and requires coins to use. The check out requirements of putting the bedding to wash when leaving should be revised due to the additional cost and the risk of it being stolen while unattended in the laundry room. We opted not to put the bedding to wash at check out for fear we would be charged for stolen/lost linens.
