• Main floor: 1 queen bedroom + full bathroom
• Upstairs loft: 1 queen bed + full bathroom (open to the living area below, no door)

• Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances
• Central air conditioning and heating with new HVAC system
• Walk-up unit (no elevator access)
Looking to escape the snow and enjoy a longer stay in the sunshine? This unit is ideal for snowbirds seeking a relaxing winter retreat!

Vacation with grandchildren
Our stay was funfilled and peacful. Great location and convenient to most everything. The kids loved the pool and fishing in the lagoon. A very short drive to the beach access.
