Nice Stay

Simple place that mostly fit our needs. Wish there were some blankets and better pillows. We also question that there wasn't someone who had been smoking in the unit prior to our stay. But the smell wasn't too terribly overwhelming.

It was in a very convenient location, two short blocks to a beautiful beach and close to everything you might need or want. Gated community. Lots of items in the kitchen. But floors were not washed and a thick layer of dust on baseboards in bathroom and on wall decor. We would stay again if it was clean.

The condo was very nice and comfortable.

We enjoyed staying at this comfortable condo. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have more TV stations (we paid for Amazon Prime when we were there) and another chair to sit in to watch TV besides the one recliner. The only concern is there was quite a lot of dust on the wall hangings and floorboards. My husband noticed because he is a clean freak. The water was not working 2 days, but was quickly restored.. Otherwise, we were overall very pleased with the accommodations and the price.

Get what you pay for. Don't expect much.

The location is great. But the greatness stops there. Within an hour, the bottoms of our feet had turned black from the floors in the place. Cockroach infested. Fire TV but no instructions on how to use, and no live local channels. We don't usually watch much TV while on vacation, but the MLB playoffs were happening, and we wanted to watch a game. Called the local support, but they did not have a solution. I ended up using my personal fire stick to watch on MLB.TV. Sign on the door says don't leave without a key, but the key is not for the door, never did find out what it was for. Battery dead on the wall clock. Privacy gate from the complex to the public shops was broken, would not lock. Good communication from local vacasa support, but they really couldn't help. They did offer to have someone come in and clean the floors, but we just kept our shoes on.

All the Tv cable was missing, so no TV or Internet for almost 24 hours. It was storming and had to stay in the room.

More than expected

The room had everything needed even cake pans.. pots, pans, salt, pepper, dish washing detergent, plates,glasses, cooking utensils, extra bath towels and more. But the front gate did not work correctly and pool gate security lock was broken... all in all a great location..i would stay here again next time im in the area.

Couple of dings, dirty pan with crusted pineapple in oven and a couple broken glasses, vase when we checked in so hskpng missed it. Outside if that, clean close to lots and awesome neighbors and other renters

Wonderful place to stay!

I loved this condo and the building it is in. The beautiful pool and the lake to sit by. The Mexican restaurant and the coffee house in front of the condo building. Quiet, clean and respectable. Would love to stay there again!

Great Location!!

My mother and I choose Panama City Beach to enjoy our annual "Thelma and Louise," vaKay. We had a wonderful time. This location was perfect for us. Restaurant, coffee house and winery on site. Great entertainment just steps away with a breath taking beach across the street. We felt safe within the community site. This apartment had everything we were looking for to provide a forever memory. We will stay here again, except next time we're bringing the family.

Overall it was a great place!

I loved this little place! The only issues I had was the plumbing in the bathroom. It won’t flush and you have to call a call center to send a plumber to come out and fix the issue. Sometimes you have to follow up with them make sure a work order has been placed. If you need housekeeping, they don’t come on a regular basis. Because the rugs In the bathroom got wet, when the plumber tried to fix the toilet problem the first time and it overflowed... but the second time they fixed it, everything was great... considering when they did finally fixed it, it was my last night there :(
