2nd time on this Culdesac

First time in this house second time on the culdesac. Our family loves the location and the fact that we are behind a gate with controlled entry. It's always quiet at night for good sleep. This home is immaculate (seems to be brand new). Plenty of space to seperate if need be. The pool and easy access to the beach is a major plus. We would 100% stay in this home again hopefully in the near future.

Wish I knew…

I will start by saying I NEVER write reviews. But I wish I knew a few things going into this one. First off the house itself was great. Plenty of room, nice, worked great for kids. Nice quiet street. But the cons unfortunately outweighed the positives. When we arrived we were told the front door was not working. No big deal there are other doors. But the big issue was with the back doors. There is a pool alarm which I was thankful for considering I have young kids. But it is set up so poorly that you can not come in and out with out the loudest most awful alarm screaming in your ear all day. But then the doors broke. The alarm went off all night waking everyone in the house. I called to have this fixed but unfortunately that couldn’t happen. They did put a temporary alarm on the doors but that went off all day and night bc the doors wouldn’t stay shut. After many many calls to maintenance we ended up taking the battery out of the temp alarm which comes with a hefty fee. I informed the company and they said it was fine considering the situation. It was truly a nightmare and ruined our time in this house. I hope they can fix some of these issues because it could have been a great stay.
