The kitchen is renovated, has granite counter tops, fully equipped with all major kitchen appliances, glass top cook top and all the small appliances.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, a flat screen TV/cable, one sitting chairs and a bench, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a walk in shower with seat.
The second bedroom has two queen size beds, ceiling fan, a flat screen TV/cable, a chair, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.
The third bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, a flat screen TV/cable, a sitting chair, and ceiling to floor sliding glass doors to its own small private balcony along with a stationary window that looks over Thomas Drive.
The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.
There is a full-size washer/dryer, vinyl laminate throughout the condo. All windows have lovely window shades that blacken out the room for the most incredible dark sleeping accommodations.
View- directly faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view. You can also view the D/E pool area from the balcony.
