E303 is a two-bedroom large floor plan fully furnished condo that will accommodate up to eight guests comfortably with its spacious 1289sq. feet floor plan.

As an added amenity for renting E303 two beach lounge chairs and umbrella are included for 2025 during season.

The entryway has all new furniture as of 2024.

Living room has a large smart TV with DirectTV, living room has floor ceiling to floor sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white beach.

The Dining area includes a new table that accommodates six guests and all new padded countertop barstools.

The kitchen is fully renovated, with all new stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully furnished.

The unit sleeps a total of eight comfortably. The master bedroom has a King bed, large new dresser, smart TV, bench and a full bathroom with a vanity and shower/tub combo. The master bedroom has a window view of Thomas Drive.

The guest bedroom has a king bed, and bunk beds that have a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin size on the top, flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that exit out to the balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.

There is a washer/dryer, The entire unit is tile. The balcony has six high back chairs and two tables. Unit has a beautiful view of sugar white beaches and Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Stunning Location!
