- Parking: & Wristbands: Registration for parking passes & wrist bands is $35.84. This is not included in your reservation, you will register and pay the resort directly.
- Maximum of 2 vehicles (parking passes). Includes trailers with golf carts, boats, etc.
-Vehicles must not take up more than one space. No Trailers from Memorial week thru Labor Day without management approval.
-After booking, you will receive a document to fill out and email to the resort. This must be done at least 24 hours before arrival in order to get your passes. ** All guests age 6 and older need wrist bands. $20 fee for all wristbands not returned upon departure. Up to 8 wristbands per unit.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. There are no exceptions.
- You will receive your door code via digital welcome guide approximately 3 days prior to check-in.
- There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!
