Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is the perfect location. Right in the middle of everything. Beautiful and well maintained. Easy to access, easy to park. Check in and out very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfection

Oh my goodness!!! We had the best time. This was our 13th year of coming to PCB. It's like a fine wine; it gets better with time. Our condo was no exception. I have jotted down the room number in my notes so we can try and rent this same one again at another time. As for Four Star, they are the best. They made sure everything was ok.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole place was so clean. The staff are some of the friendliest people. I went with my husband, 16 year old daughter and 20 year old son. The bed in one of the bedrooms wasn’t the most comfortable but the master bedroom bed was great! Nice huge bathroom off the master bedroom. The pool area was always nice and there was always an employee there to keep it nice without a bunch of ruckus and trash. Can’t wait to go back! Also the location is fantastic, the beach wasn’t over run with people.

Love the condo and would definitely stay again however the beds were not comfortable and I did not like how the free things that came with the room were suppose to be requested 48 hours in advance and we didn’t know that. So we went to Dave and busters to use our 20 dollar free card and couldn’t use it.

Pros: Great location! Place was exactly like described. Master bed was comfortable, pools were in pristine condition and the pool guys do a great job of cleaning the chairs and grounds . Gym was great, well equipped and clean. Elevators came quickly,and worked. Cons: second bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. My daughter struggled to fall asleep at night, bunk room is small. Gets hot at night when the door is closed . There is a ceiling fan but looks like it may fall off when on the medium speed. No beach towels provided , At all. Not a biggie, however, surprised since they’ve been stocked in the last 20 or so VRBO‘s that we’ve stayed at at different beaches. Don’t let the umbrella guys down by the beach convince you that your condo comes with chair service. After telling them that I did not think so, they asked me for my room number which I gave and they said yes it indeed does have chair service. After checking out, I got a separate invoice for that. This is it no fault to the owner just a heads up.
