We loved this condo! Such a great location with lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. The beach was an easy walk, and the tram was nice to have as an option. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here for a girls trip weekend. The location is excellent, right above Seacrest shops and restaurants, and a 5 minute walk from Rosemary stores. The kitchen and master bath were superb. The beach is about a 10 min walk, make sure to utilize the shuttle if youre carrying lots of things (chairs, umbrellas, etc). The pool was lovely. Note: there are no beach/pool towels, so bring your own. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for a small girls trip get away! We had a tough time finding the beach but once we got into the condo there were directions! The beach is small and packed so prepare for that, but there are bigger public beaches elsewhere. We loved the ease of walking every where and there are great restaurants and shops within a min walk.

The home was perfect for the four of us. Everything was within walking distance. The tram was so convenient to get to the beach or lagoon pool. The nightly music in the pavilion was a welcome surprise. Highly recommend The Back Door for breakfast bowls, egg sandwiches & sweets. Great restaurant nearby. Book now so you don’t miss out!

The master bedroom and bath is so secluded feeling. Plenty of room in the living area for a family of 6. Balcony view of 30A is great for late evening people watching. All the amenities you expect from a condo. Very clean and coastal decor makes it feel welcoming. Enjoyed our stay!

Another successful trip. Already booked for next year. Unfortunately when we arrived on Sat the HVAC was out. Vacasa had a service tech out there that night, but unable to fix. We were given the option of relocating to an upgrade, but didn't like the distance, and didn't want to lose the locations amenities. HVAC was fixed Sunday morning thank goodness. All communication, phone calls, etc were stellar. No other issues, other than having to leave 2 days early because of hurricane Helene. That's life, doesn't always go as you'd like. See u next year.

Great property! Went on a 5 day girls trip. The condo was very clean and updated. Had plenty of room, nice balcony. It faces the street but was very quiet. Note that there are not beach towels or chairs to use. We did find a small Styrofoam cooler but looks like someone may have left it there. But there are bath towels, hairdryers, iron and board, washer & dryer. There is an elevator which is nice so you don't have to lug your suitcases up the stairs. close proximity to the pool. You can walk to the beach or take a little shuttle that picks you up by the pool. Beach was perfect. Beautiful. Restaurants are all in walking distance and so good. Highly recommend this place.

Condo was really nice. Super clean and updated. Amazing location (for the price). Super convenient to Rosemary Square...right above Starbucks……and close to a quick-shop. Beach is a little work. Really nice that we had access - but a small hike to get there. Tough if you are toting stuff (there is a shuttle we did not use) and very crowded on this Spring Break week. I’d buy one in a second and be super happy with it. The only issue I had was I am a light sleeper - and the street noise exists starting about 6am. It isn’t crazy - but engine noise is real. Overall - i stick with EASY 4-star stay and very possibly 5.

We love this area and have tried multiple properties. This complex is very convenient to food and shopping, nestled smack between Alys and Rosemary beaches. I prefer to stay on the beach side of the road. Lugging the beach stuff to the beach and back is a bit of a project with kids, though the shuttle was great. I also like to see the water from my balcony and you really couldn’t do that here. The photos listed show two pools, one beach side, but the beach side pool is not for use for this rental. It’s two pools next to each other at the complex, which were nice and clean. The mattresses were not that comfortable. The bunk beds seem to need tightening because with any movement on top of bottom, the whole bed shook back and forth. It’s a very nice condo. Everything is in great working order. I just wish the beds had been a little more comfortable.

The house was generally good, but some basic things were missing, like coffee and very common items for cooking, such as salt. I’ve stayed in many homes, and all of them were much better equipped than this condo. However, the main reason I wouldn't recommend this place is the lack of hospitality. They didn't care about valuing their guest. A day before check-out, I messaged them asking if we could check out two hours later, with an extra payment, because my daughter was seriously ill and an earlier trip to the airport would have been difficult. Even though the calendar was open and there were no reservations, they refused. After a lot of pleading, they said I could pay for a full day ($350) to stay two extra hours. I had never stayed in a place like this before and had never encountered such bad and disrespectful behavior.

We have stayed in this complex before (different unit) and really enjoy the complex and location. Giving this unit 4 stars due to a few minor issues we had but all together add up. Cleanliness- overall clean but there was a decent bit of sand on the kitchen counter, dishes/cups in the cabinets were wet and the bunk bed drawers had sand and hair in them. Not a big deal if we could remove them and empty them but they appeared to be fixed. Another issue was the remote in the front bedroom worked for volume but you could not change the channels. The remote in the bunk room was missing a battery. Management came and fixed the issues the next day, but still frustrating for the first night. Lastly, the sliding door from the bathroom to bunk room was broken and extremely difficult to close. The lock piece was permanently sticking out which feels amazing when you hit it. All minor issues but it feels like the attention to detail was lacking for this unit. Overall we love the location and complex and will definitely come back.

Loved staying here ! It's not on the beach - but easy tram ride (very convenient). Space was clean and exactly what our group needed! Great spots to eat within walking distance. Coffee right below unit made for the most peaceful mornings if you want to slip downstairs away from a group!

The condo was very clean and in a great location! Walking distance to the beach and fun nightlife right downstairs for kids. The only negative we had was a bunch of ants for a couple days. I got rid of most and didn’t see much more after that. Overall, it was a great stay!
