This listing is for the downstairs studio only. Relax and unwind in the turquoise blue salt water and sun-bathe on the sugar white sand beaches away from the crowds of Panama City Beach. Located only 1.5 blocks from the pristine beach of the quieter more secluded Laguna Beach. This cozy studio is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of amenities including huge outdoor patio & outdoor dining area. Stay with us and enjoy our spacious porch made for a morning drinking a cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Excellent property and property management

Our stay at Rose Lane was literally perfect. The property was clean and pristine upon arrival and served our needs quite well. Jeff was an amazing property manager; very communicative and responsive. I highly recommend the property — location and accommodations were top notch. We will be back!
