✔︎No smoking on condo grounds or balcony. You can smoke in a designated area, near the road(close to the Hampton). Also- at the end of the walkways heading to the beach.

✔︎Just FYI- Continental no longer takes cash payments for anything, only credit cards.

✔︎This complex is on a busy road, Front Beach Rd, so you can have noise all hours throughout the day and night. We have sound machines beside both beds, to help with this noise. We just want to make sure you’re aware before your stay! :)
