May 2024 stay

The condo was in the perfect location for us! Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Everything was clean, beds could be more comfortable but we were so worn out from the sun and swimming that it worked well for us.

Great Unit

Great unit for rental, the furniture was nice and everything worked. Needs: Bigger Television ICE CREAM scoop More spatulas -1 Less wine bottle openers (i think I counted six) A skillet big enough to make a grill cheese sandwich Maybe a potholder

Excellent location safe, convenient & clean

Nice complex, comfortable unit for our family. Bonus chair service and free bikes! Only item missing was a hair dryer. Would like extra pillows but we managed. Thanks for sharing your unit with us. If you are ever able to give feedback on Crabby a Steve's- tell him and his staff not to be so stuffy and Crabby. He is serving people on vacation that look forward to easy going relaxed service.

April Getaway

The location of the High Pointe Resort is perfect. The grounds and pool are kept in A+ condition. We had a beautiful beach area with a complimentary beach set up... a huge plus. Our bike rentals were also included with our condominium .The unit itself was clean and satisfactory. There were a few simple inexpensive items that were missing that would have added a nice touch. Beach towels, coffee filters and tissues for the bathrooms. It sounds simple ,but when you are traveling a long distance and paying the price, this is expected. Overall, location is the key and this property has that hands down. Crabby Steve's was a very quaint oceanfront restaurant/bar with quality food. Great vacation

High Pointe Condominium

The location of this complex once again proved to be ideal. Fabulous restaurants in walking distance in both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Chairs and umbrellas set out every day, with lunch and cocktails at Crabby Steve’s on premise! Sadly, our unit, 3334, is quite rundown. Filthy stained carpet and walls in desperate need of new paint. Frankly, if I worked for Vacasa, I would take it out of rental program until it was renovated. Thankfully, we have stayed in other units without this problem- and will be sure to return to those units.

Ally is awesome...unit not so much

Can’t say enough positive things about Ally who checked us in then had to go out herself and purchase a new bunk bed for the unit. She was so helpful and corrected the issue in the short time we were having lunch/at the beach. Thank you Ally! That being said this unit is in need of a deep cleaning and update of furniture, soft goods and kitchen appliances. It has obviously been well used and loved but it really shows its age and use (cobwebs on the light fixtures,dusty decor, stains on the walls, cracked/dirty tile floors, furniture missing pieces and worn, dented toaster) The location was great..really enjoyed the view of the gulf!

Mini Vacation

Came to High Pointe nearly 25 years ago when my kids were young. Planned this trip as a memory with our kids. Just as wonderful as I remember. The resort brought back a ton of memories and was perfect!

High Pointe is the Best

We have been going to High Pointe for over 20 years and it is the best! We fly into Panama City Beach and Uber over, don't need a car. Stayed two weeks and enjoy the gorgeous beanc, wonderful lagoon pool and walked to Rosemary Beach for great restaurants and charming streets.

This condo needs deep clean, maintenance and paint job.

We have stayed at High Pointe for years, because we love the property. We have stayed in several different condos on the property, but our experience with this condo was quite different. Not only was is quite dated, but it was quite dirty. The carpet in the master bedroom had brown stains all over, the guest bathroom shower curtain was broken and thrown in a closet, there was food stains on the walls in the kitchen, the master bath and guest room has brown water stains on the ceilings, I don’t believe the dishwasher worked because we had to clean anything we used in the kitchen, the dryer stays on even with the door open, the walls are all beat up and scratched, the balcony floor is stained with large black spots, the beds are very loose from the headboards - we put pillows between the mattress and the head boards to keep it from shaking and squeaking, all the battery operated clocks are dead. Honestly, it was embarrassing having friends come over (from other condos on the same property). This place needs a deep clean, maintenance and paint job.

No help from rental agency

If you have any problems do not expect help. These folks dont answer their phones. The condo is very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Our biggest issue was that we could not get the TVs to work. We finally got it. The carpets are extremely worn and dirty.

High Pointe is fantastic!

We love the location and amenities High Pointe has to offer...pool, private section of beach, Crabby Steve's, and general location. We have stayed in 4 units at High Pointe. Building 1, 2, and 3. This particular unit is pretty outdated but functional. The kitchen (appliances, tile, cabinets, etc.) and bathrooms need updating, and some of the furniture (outdoor furniture was used as lounge furniture inside the unit). The bathroom doors to the bath off the hall (yes, both) would not lock. We were able to repair one door as we had a handyman (my father) with us. The beds were comfortable. All-in-all the stay was nice. My sisters unit in building 2 looked WAY better than ours...it was incredible. This unit just didn't seem visually up to par compared to other Seacrest and Rosemary accommodations. Having said that, I would certainly stay here again. We come for the beach, area, and amenities - not to sit in the condo.

Summer 2021

Fantastic family trip!!! Didn’t know what to expect, but exceeded our expectations. Fantastic location. Beds were comfortable as well as living room furniture and kitchen eating area. Yes bathrooms are outdated, but with us being outdoors the entire time it was fine. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the units location!
