NEWLY RENOVATED! Splash Beach Resort condo rental 1405W in Panama City Beach, FL is a 1 bedroom plus bunk area, 2 bathroom beachfront vacation home complete with all of the conveniences of home.

BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED FOR 2025 SEASON! This complimentary perk includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella reserved for you daily during season (Mar-Oct)

As advertised and beautiful.Only issue was minor and was responded to quickly by the owner.My only complaint was checking into the resort. I arrived at 3:58, room being available at 4:00, and they were trying to close the counter where resort bracelets and parking passes are given out. The resort counter was closed more than it was open from what I saw while there for a week M-F.Overall we had a great vacation and are planning another trip here next year!

It was exactly as described. Was clean and had good amenities. Would definitely book here again! The 2 chair rentals provided were a huge plus.. that alone made my trip so much easier as a mom.
