Overall worth the money

The only complaints I have are the hairdryers didn't work, no batteries in the remote for the living room TV, and the elevators were extremely slow. But those are all subjective. Had a great time, great location, big enough for a family of 4.

Spring Break

Overall a great place that our family enjoyed. Loved the location of the resort. I would recommend to any family looking for a get away. Just a few small things: broken beach chair, that we noticed after we got to the beach and a slight delay in arrival policy. Overall a great trip & would book again.

Breathtaking View

We really enjoyed our visit to PCB. The condo/resort was perfect for our family, it had everything we could need/want. We loved the view from the living room, relaxing on the balcony, swimming in the pools, and the easy beach access. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well supplied, and the place was clean upon arrival. No complaints here!

Great condo for the price

Everything was clean. Condo was small but fine for my hubby and myself. I liked that it had two bathrooms. My one complaint would be that there was no cupboard space for me to put any food in. Every single cupboard had something in it. Also, when you leave you need to need to pull on the door until it clicks. If you don't do that it will not lock. When you are in the condo you need to push on the door until it clicks. We signed into our own Hulu live acct so we could get the football games. They have several free channels, but no Hulu or Netflix. All in all we had a great time. We could see stingrays swimming in the ocean from our balcony. The weather was chilly but much better than Minnesota where we live. I would definitely stay here again. There are bunk beds too if you have a couple kids.

Kids loved it!

This was a wonderful place to stay! We went during the off season, and everything was so quiet. We didn’t have any issues with having to wait for the elevators either, even with one of them on our side being down. There was plenty to do, the view and the beach were beautiful, and the room itself was super clean and comfy. Can’t wait to come back again!

Great view, not clean

The good: the view/patio were very nice. We saw dolphins while enjoying coffee one morning and enjoyed being so close to the beach. The bed was also very comfortable and the listing was overall very accurate. The bad: The host forgot about our booking and never provided check in information, until we had to call her at 10pm while we were stuck outside waiting to get in after a long day of travel (based on other reviews this seems rather normal for her). The room itself was picked up and tidy, but not clean. There was a layer of dust and or mildew on registers, light fixtures, trim, shower tile etc. One of the two beach chairs provided was totally broken (which we only noticed after carrying them down to the beach). The furniture in the unit (especially the sofa) is outdated and kinda ratty, but we didn’t spend much time inside.

Good just know one reads notes about wheelchair

Great property. Just some minor things. Would rent again. Maintenance never showed up to fix toilet that was not fastened to the floor and leaked (not owners fault). Had to move furniture around in order for wheelchair to fit. Not owners fault. Verbo shouldn’t have aligned us with a non wheelchair accessible unit.

This resort had everything we needed!

I loved the room! Full kitchen and a balcony were excellent. The bed was very comfortable! Loved the heated pool and hot tub!

Ughhh

She did not send me the key code to check in, took over 2 hours to get it. Condo was NASTY! Crumbled cookies on the furniture, MOLD on the balcony and master bath ceiling, and rotten candy under living room furniture. I sent Vera pics to which she replied, that’s just dirt…. I was there, it is mold. To top it off, the front door knob completely broke off the day before we left. I let her know, she replied, “The Splash is very secure. Leave the door open if you leave.” The splash pad and location was amazing. I would stay at the resort again, but not in any of her rooms.

Beautiful condo and ciews

The condo is beautiful and the view on the beach is astounding. We took our kiddos and there was plenty of room for everyone and the water adventures at the condo made the stay so nice. There is a lazy river, splash pad for infants and for older kids with slides, two pools, a hot tub, and a lazy river. We didn’t even have to leave the condo because there was so much to see and do. Highly recommended.

Good experience!

Overall, we had a great stay! We had a hiccup at check in because I did not receive my door code before arrival, but was resolved relatively quickly. The condo was nice, clean, and had all we needed. That being said, we were confused at the placement of towels..we found them scattered about in random drawers, but once we found them all, we had plenty. The condo did have lots of beach toys and chairs, but one of the chairs was broken and unusable. The resort was nice, and beach access was quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Ok

The place was nice, the only problem is the elevators only 2 per tower, it could take 15 minutes or more to get up or down. Only small problem with the room was kids didn't like the beds and there was potatoes chip crumbs in one of the beds, and the sliding door was very hard to open and close. I fixed the door myself.

Very comfortable, roomy condo! We escaped the cold weather & stayed here at Splash—very quiet in late January, as we had hoped. Great soaking tub in Master Bath. Affordable luxury vacation!

Great location, beautiful view.

The property was just as described. Great view, loved having the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and 2 bathrooms. There were several books, sand toys, and beach chairs that were great. The resort it's self could use some updating. They were not too friendly if you are not the owner.
