Family reunion

The house was great. The only issues were small and few 1. was the beach chairs were not very good. The majority of them were broken. We ended up not using them but want you to know. 2. the porch light was burned out Otherwise, the house was perfect for our family.

Loved every minute at The Maine Squeeze!

We booked a last minute trip and we were not familiar with Magnolia Cottages but it turned out 100% better than we expected. The neighborhood is super cute, pool was right across the street, golf cart was a MUST, beach access was perfect. Shawn, beach chairs, was great too! House was so cute, nicely decorated, fully stocked with everything we could need. It was perfect for our family of four but could also be great with 2 families and kids in the bunk room. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch where we played games, listened to music and just enjoyed the quaint cottage. We can not wait to come back next summer!

Perfect for our family!

This was our second year at the Maine squeeze. It was perfect for our family and the addition of the golf cart was the cherry on top. It just gave us more versatility. The nearness to the beach plus the green space and pool in the community gave us lots of variety. We golfed a couple times at a fun little course nearby, whenever we had a need, Andrea was very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

Best beach house for families!

We stayed in this incredibly clean, beautiful beach house for two weeks and did not want to leave. Andrea was incredible to work with and she was super responsive. The house was spotless when we arrived. The golf cart was a huge hit (and help). I am already looking at other dates to book again! We can’t wait to come back.

Great neighborhood/house

This is a brand new property and the finishes and cleanliness of the home shows. Has a great beachy feel and having two masters was a huge plus. While set back from 30A, the cobblestone streets, grassy area (directly across from house/huge hit with my son and his new wiffle ball friends), and the zero entry heated pool were all welcomed amenities. We rented a golf cart (if you have kids suggested) to get to the beach and would drive it to Alys Beach, and The Hub area. It’s about a 10 minute walk to beach - but they do have bikes. The house is a great size and the screen in porch was great for nights and down time in afternoon. Thanks for the great stay!

Golf cart rental a must.

Excellent, but a bit far from the beach without a golf cart; older kids and adults can easily manage distance with bikes but would strongly recommend golf cart for families with younger kids. Otherwise it’s great!

Terrific stay!

House was very attractive and comfortable for the 7 of us. Screened in porch was a hit as was the outdoor shower off the 2nd floor bedroom. Community with pool was great fun for all including some green space for the boys to toss a football. Beach access was about .5 mile but be sure you can traverse all the stairs. Beach was beautiful. It is a great location with easy access to about everything. We would definitely recommend the property!!

Great stay!

Community and home is great for kids and family with pool area nearby. Check in and out was seamless. Beach is pretty far walk and more than listed. Would recommend renting home with golf cart availability due to walking distance to beach. Walk is 10-15 depending on speed and too far to carry gear. There is no parking for cars near beach in this area of 30A so foot or golf cart is it. Beware with kids and dogs as side door can be opened from inside with lever style knob even when locked. Our dog is a master at opening these style doors and worried us the whole time we were gone. Small kids could do the same. Overall the home is very nice and we enjoyed the property.

Wonderful House!

The house is wonderful and in a great location. It was very clean and as described. We loved the screen porch and the pool is just steps away. Communication with the host was quick and reliable. We would definitely rent it again!

Beautiful home and great location!

Beautiful almost new home - very comfortable and easy to find. Instructions super easy and clear and no problems getting in when we arrived. We barely used the whole house as just my husband and me but they also allowed our little doggie- which was great. Really lovely kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable and newish furnishings. Right across from park and pool and walk or bike ride away from beach. Great for families. Would highly recommend!

Spring break

Great family vaca

Property was just as described. It’s directly across from the pool and super convenient and relaxing neighborhood. Very kid friendly and a short walk to the beach. Just off the beaten path enough to be relaxing but a short bike ride into Rosemary or Aly’s Beach The four bikes really came in handy as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Vacation

We had a great time at Beach Please! The property is perfect. Two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one up, with a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Excellent for families. Community pool is across the street, private beach access is available with a public access just down the road. If you plan to use the private beach schedule chair and umbrella service ahead of time. Thanks for a great stay!

Our Stay

Everything was great. The TV in the master was broken and your team came out with a new replacement in hours. Only negative that the use of the golf cart was not included many other rentals in the this price range include the use of the golf cart.

Beautiful home, lovely neighborhood

We had an overall great stay for 3 adults and 4 kids. Owner was highly communicative, helpful, friendly. Everything in this home seemed very clean and new. The layout/floor plan was nice and the rooms were pretty spacious. Kitchen amenities were great, with a separate ice maker being a HUGE asset. The home is across the street from a wonderful pool and lawn that the kids and adults enjoyed. The houses are far enough apart to feel private but also close enough where children can play together and other travelers/neighbors can chat and hang if they want. The trip to the beach was a little bit of a trip for the kids, about .6 miles. We used a wagon and walked but many neighbors were using golf carts which I think I'd recommend for small kids and gear. At the front of the neighborhood, right by the beach access, there's a little bottle shop that has some beach essentials and popsicles, which was very handy. The beach was beautiful as always with 30A, but there was some confusion about where we could set up. Where the boardwalk lets out is actually a private beach, so you have to walk a few minutes to public beach. We were able to rent some chairs and an umbrella for the week on the private beach right at the bottom of the beach access, which allowed us to use the most convenient location. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend this home to a family.

Clean and Comfortable

We all had a great time. The property was as advertised. Having the bikes available to get to the beach was great and the manager was super helpful with the one or two hiccups that we had with them. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home-away stay

The first day getting to the rental everything was Immaculate, and ready to go. All parts of the home were ready for usage, the beach was very close. Nothing could have the stay better.
