We had a great time at the condo! Nice stairs down to the beach, easy parking accommodation, great pool access - was perfect for our family :)

Amazing getaway

Property and beach access were awesome. Just as pictured in listing. Sugar sand, emerald waters, and gentle waves. Community pool was nice and very convenient, and grills worked great. Short drive/bike ride to Seaside, Watersound, and Rosemary Beach. Family had a wonderful week of beach getaway.

Senior Trip

210 in Tranquility was great! The layout of the condo was excellent and everyone enjoyed the trip. The only thing I wish I would have known was how many steps or distance it was to the beach. We had my 80 year old mother and the steps were a small challenge for her.

I almost don’t want to share my review because I want to keep this place a hidden gem but oh my gosh this place was wonderful! Much larger than it seems in the pictures. Comfortable space with great beach views!!!! I will definitely be coming back and the property managers were wonderful to work with. It really couldn’t have been any better.

Family Reunion

We rented this condo for a mini family reunion. The setup for us was great in that it has 3 Br/3Ba. I have a nitpicky complain that we thought the bathroom fixtures were a bit dated. A real complaint would be there are ants in the kitchen. That was a bit disappointing. Overall the location is great. Beds are great. Made a comfortable visit with our family.

Excellent location

Loved this condo. At first we worried the location was a bit remote was a previous place we stayed but we ended up enjoying this location more. Beach access was easy and not overly crowded. Free access to bikes and still great access to restaurants. The only issue was that there was only one parking spot on site. There is free gated parking across the street. One night the gate wasn't working, so that was an issue. The area also wasn't well lit. But that won't keep us from staying there again. It could be an issue for some people though. Overall we absolutely loved it!

Disclosure

The place was pretty clean and there was plenty of room. However, two of the under cabinet fluorescent lights worked sometimes. Some of the bathroom hardware was loose. The bathroom hardware is old and needs to be replaced. One bathtub faucet handle has mildew in it. The central air filter cover is rusted. The worst was the construction. That should have been stated clearly that every morning at 6:45am there would be roof hammering , heavy diesel powered lifts and a lot of building rattling from the construction. It was not stated clearly. Also we picked up a lot of screws in the parking lot that could’ve flattened a tire. Additionally, if you book say five days, you only have access for three full days. You cannot access upon arrival until 4pm and have to be out by 9am the day of departure. You pay for five full days but actually get three full days. I won’t go through VRBO again or stay at this site again.

Property awesome! Right on beach! Fridge broke 1st day, took day to get a loaner. Groceries went bad and no one bothered to reply back to requests via app. Communication through VRBO chat terrible.

Do not recommend

The property wasn’t cleaned properly before us occupying. Rented Saturday to Saturday and on Wednesday 3 of the 4 remaining (hubs and 1 child went home bc child had rash) developed coughs, sinus issues, etc. Found black mold on/in air vent which all of our symptoms can be attributed to black mold. Very very dangerous.

Great Condo

The condo was even better in person than in the photos. It was extremely clean and located on a beautiful stretch of beach that was less crowded than many other locations, but still close to multiple restaurants. I would stay here again.

Amazing property right on the beach in 30-A. The condo had a great layout for our family. We will definitely be back!
