Look No Further!

If you want a wonderful view of the ocean and pool(esp at night!) this is it! The room is spacious and has everything you need. The location is close to Wal-Mart for your must haves you may have forgotten as well as a nice local places to eat at. We had an issue where the linen wasn’t changed out, but they had someone quickly show up and had us set in no time! Would definitely recommend as we plan to come back some day

Heating inside the unit. Indoor pool

The heater inside the unit was not working properly. the temperature was between 69-71. it would not go higher. i spoke with someone at the 800 number who tried was was unable to resolve the issue. So we were uncomfortable for the stay. The weather was cold and rainy, but I expected to use the indoor pool for bad weather. But the pool was closed for repair. This was a major issue as we met my daughter and 3 grandchildren at the resort (she was a paying guest in another unit). So our plans to play with the kids in the indoor pool was not possible. This really made our stay a big disappointment. I feel that I did not get the value of the resort that was advertised. I would like a partial refund of my fees for the stay. Please respond to this message and let me know what you are willing to do as service recovery

The Stains and Smells Will Haunt You at 1512

Upon arrival at our room 1512 we were excited to finally be at the beach. The ocean was beautiful and the condo seemed to be just as the pictures depicted. Once we began to unpack and settle in, we started noticing things that were totally unacceptable. There were stains on almost everything visible, USED knives, forks, and cups in the cupboards, the rugs were not vacuumed, mysterious stains on ALL pillows, chairs, and even curtains, there was literal BLACK MOLD growing from the actual floor to ceiling in the master bedroom and black mold covered the shower curtain in the guest bathroom. I have videos and pictures which vacasa conveniently doesn’t allow you to upload. There was also an absolute wretched smell coming from an outside toy box/container that held toys for the beach and beach chairs. This smell was so vile that the property manager had to interrupt our vacation to dig elbow deep and fight for his poor life against the monstrous smells radiating from this toy box. I have never smelled a decomposing body before, but I truly believe with my entire heart and soul this is what it smells like. I can still smell it and it’s been 5 days since my vacation. If I wanted mysterious stains, black mold, and the smell of a decomposing body, I could go stay at a Super 8. Hell, even at the Super 8 not only would it be cheaper to stay there, I’d also get free entertainment with crackheads!

Very nice condo

Pretty, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Things I liked: the beds had the bug protecting covers on them; washer and dryer seem quite new; beach chairs and umbrella in deck box; the view from the balcony. Things that weren’t perfect: the sofa needs a little cleaning; we couldn’t get the ice maker in the refrigerator to work. Otherwise, we loved this place!
