**Overview**
Brand new construction (2022) on the west side of PCB. Built in late 2022 - furnished and completed in 2023. This single family beach home has beautiful furnishings and fixtures. Ample parking for two vehicles. Outdoor seating for 6 guests. Large open living and dining room. Kids room has games and Xbox. Best of all... A brand new electric golf cart in the garage, free for renting guests use!!! Seats 6!! Plus an outdoor shower!

**Location**
Located on the beautiful west side of Panama City Beach - Just minutes to Pier Park, Shopping, Restaurants and Local attractions. A short drive to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Close to donut hole, Thomas donuts and other local favorites.

Spring Break Trip

This house was AMAZING!!! House was perfect for our group of 5! We were all girls on our sorority spring break trip and we felt perfectly safe all week. The golf cart was so fun and made going to the beach so easy. Our beach was also BEAUTIFUL. So relaxing and not super touristy. 20/20 stars!! Highly recommend.

My husband, 15yr old son and myself absolutely loved this house! Interior is stunning and well equipped with everything needed to feel right at home. The golf cart was such a fun bonus and allowed us to explore all over. The necessities provided made going to the beach effortless. Location is spot on! Enjoyed privacy while conveniently located near beach, shops and restaurants. restaurants all around us.

The house is exactly as advertised. The golf cart and beach amenities included in the garage were absolutely amazing. The walk/golf cart ride to the beach is extremely quick. There is also grocery stores and markets within cart reach. The pictures are exactly how the house is in real life. The home is extremely updated and modern while maintaining a cozy feel. Overall, a 5/5 experience and home. Will definitely be a reoccurring home for my friends and I to enjoy.

Didnt want to leave!

This rental was exactly what we needed as a family . I cant think of one thing I would change other than adding a hose pipe to rinse off the golf cart. Everything worked perfect, there were dishes , pots , pans and a set of knives I would love to have at home. The owner was flexible and kept check on us via email in case we needed anything. We will stay again for sure. None of us wanted to ever leave!

Perfect family stay

Brand new build and perfectly prepped for anyone and everyone especially families. They thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen to q-tips in the bathroom. The golf cart was icing on the cake! The house is a short golf cart drive to Dairy Queen, the beach and a fabulously stocked grocery store on the beach. Quiet residential area and peaceful beach without the crowds. If you want the hustle and bustle that’s a short drive down the road a few mins.
