Our beautiful beachfront contemporary condo is on the 7th floor with breathtaking views of miles of pristine white sandy beaches and emerald green water. This condo offers free beach chairs (2 chairs, 1 umbrella), each day of your stay, from March 15th to October 31st.

We offer 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, including two king beachfront master bedrooms that open to the balcony plus an additional 3rd king bedroom. We also have a brand new (2019) sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests. All bedrooms are equipped with high definition flat screen TVs. You will find your own private bath with beautiful upgraded granite counter tops for your ultimate luxury experience off of each master bedroom.

Our luxury condominium has a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar area.

Spend quality family time in the spacious living room that was designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Relax and watch the large 42' High Definition flat screen TV. Free Wi-Fi Access is also provided.

FULL SIZE front load washer and dryer are in the unit.

Last but not least, you will find the best balcony on the beach! A spacious gulf front balcony (10'x 42') 420 sq ft for you to experience the most incredible sunsets and beautiful views of the Emerald Coast.

Tropic Winds Resort is a 164 unit, 23 floor property with four floors of private parking located on the highly sought, west beaches of Panama City Beach, near the prime intersection of Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. Only 12 miles to the New International Airport and 2 miles to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. Tropic Winds has 330 feet of beach front property for you to enjoy the pristine sugar-white sand, emerald waters and warm gulf air.

Some of the wonderful amenities you will find for your enjoyment are free beach service, indoor/ outdoor swimming pool, steam room, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. A spacious patio awaits you to come relax and enjoy the sun. One reserved parking space in the parking deck is included, with additional parking available across the street. You will find this condominium offers many wonderful features to fit all your vacation needs.

Occupancy Limit 8; No Pets; This is a No-Smoking Property, No Smoking on Balcony; Age 25 or Older to Book; All Strictly Enforced.

A reserved parking space, located under the building and close to the elevators, is included. Each vehicle requires a parking pass. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.

Family trip over 4th of July Holiday

Room 703 had everything you could need for a family. Box fans in each room for noise was an amazing surprise. Pool floats, beach chairs and toys. Beds were nice, rooms were big. Balcony was huge! Everything was exactly as described on the listing. Close to shopping and restaurants. We ran into no surprises or problems and the entire family enjoyed the stay.

Perfect family vacation!

This condo was exactly as advertised. It is well maintained and very clean. The balcony is the highlight of this rental. It is very spacious and furnished well with a spectacular view. We were traveling with our adult children and their significant others and there was plenty of room for our party of six. We would highly recommend this rental and would definitely return to this location if revisiting Panama City Beach.

Summer Vacation

The area is approximately 2 miles from pier park so be prepared to drive if going out to dinner but on the flip side it is a much less crowded area on the beach front. Traffic much easier to navigate around the busy strip in this area and beaches were never crowded. Parking is very tight but my husbands 4x4 Dodge Ram was not too large with the 7 feet clearance. Reserved parking was very nice and directly on the first 4 floors of the condo so always out of the weather.

Exactly as advertised

The property was exactly as pictured. The view was AMAZING and furnishings were very comfortable. "Chad" was our beach service provider and especially friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The extra large balcony got A LOT of use for dining and sunset viewing. I was grateful that reserved parking spaces weren't being enforced and that the overflow lot was available due to the very large rental vehicle we had (Nissan Armada). Ramp parking was very tight and I was uncomfortable trying to navigate the tight space for our large rental vehicle. Overall it was a wonderful property. Highly recommend!
