Awesomeness!

Everything was as advertised! Zero complaints. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Huge balcony with lots of seating, lightning-fast elevators, heated pools. Highly recommend.

Perfect

One of the cleanest rentals I've been in. The balcony is the best "room", but the master is a close second because of the super comfy mattress. Bath towels were fresh and fluffy, and there were many of them. The pool is basic, but crystal clear and clean. We were never disturbed by stomping feet on the floors above us or the sounds of wall-sharing neighbors - very quiet during the night. We highly recommend this unit.

Condo was fantastic. Our family had a blast! We walked just across the street in the morning for fresh donuts from A’more donuts one day and then another day picked up delicious breakfast sandwiches at a great price, also from A’more. We spent evenings and rainy moments at the Fun-Land Arcade also across the street and the kids actually won stuff on their claw machines. We rented jet-skis on the beach right at the beach entrance from the property (highly recommend). I could tell my wife was hesitant about the jet-skis, but she tried it and loved it! So if your significant other or friends, kids, whatever are trying to sell you on the idea, just do it! The water is clear. Recommend goggles for the water, the attendant with the chairs was really nice. The condo was clean, the couch was actually newer than what’s in the photo (leather/leatherette) which I like more than upholstered furniture, so nice surprise. Everyone that works on the premises is super nice, friendly, and inviting. The outdoor cushions were newer than what’s in the photos. The balcony is huge with tons of seating options and a great height from the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The rules were simple. We live at another beach and visited here for a different vibe and clear water. No complaints at all, only great experiences and new family memories. I highly recommend booking this condo, it’s clear they really care about the property and want to ensure you have a positive experience.

Our New Favorite Vacation Spot

The rental was nicely appointed, well furnished, had plenty of space for our family of four and even had a full size washer/dryer. That's a huge bonus.It's not as large as some of our past condo's, however the balcony made it all perfect. We spend every morning before the beach and each evening before bed out here. The pool was very clean, and maintained each morning. The security staff was helpful, and we appreciate that they were keeping watch. The parking garage is a little odd, and I'm not sure I'd want to try parking in one of the spots in high season when more cars are there. I have a Highlander and was concerned about getting door dinged, but thankfully the space next to us was empty all week.Our only issues were that we needed a mixing bowl that wasn't a ginormous chip bowl, and the one average sized frying pan was unusable because of a problem with the coating on it - everything stuck. We dropped an email to the office and they responded within a couple hours and brought us new items that afternoon. Super helpful and friendly.The dishwasher is new, but has an incredibly sensitive front interface. If you start it and then walk too near it, it stops the washing cycle and you have to restart it again when you realize what's happened. We did get an error code on it while staying here, but the manager came promptly and fixed the water supply issue.Having beach service chairs was excellent, and much appreciated.Our only downside to our stay was that the property grills are charcoal instead of gas. It's a personal preference, but we don't care for the taste of the charcoal, nor having to purchase and deal with it. It's a small thing, really.Our security deposit was refunded in the time stated on the contract and without my having to request it. Chilcutt Stay Ocean Reef

The balcony is amazing with the perfect view and plenty of seating. The living room furniture is very nice and the recliner is a great addition. The kitchen had everything we needed including a small storage shelf that was perfect for holding your snacks, etc so they were not spread out everywhere. It was also convenient being on the 6th floor. A/C worked well and the unit stayed nice and cool. Full size washer and dryer were in perfect condition so we left with clean clothes which makes this mom happy.Location of the condo is also really nice, the beach was not too crowded because it’s the only high rise. It is also close to restaurants and grocery stores without being in a heavily congested area.Overall everything was just what we needed and we would stay again.

Our first time at this condo was May 2022. We loved it so much that we came back!!! The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay and is very clean and comfy…The balcony is amazing! We sit out there all evening till the early morning, and do it all over again the next day! Thanks for the chair service as well. Thanks for sharing your home with us; we hope to come back again!

The patio is huge with such a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Greta’s was amazing to work with. We didn’t have any issues, but the communication for checking in and out, etc was top notch. We loved the donut/sub place across the street as well as the pizza place and Mexican restaurant just a little bit down the way. Easy to walk to places which was great. The beach chairs and umbrella were amazing to have...not having to cart all of that down to the beach was such a blessing. We rented two more chairs and an umbrella for our kids and were able to come and go all day knowing we had our spot reserved. Highly recommend this condo and Greta’s as well!
