Beautiful, quiet, and comfortable place to stay

Franco was an excellent host. Very communicative and helpful. The rental had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Well located to walk into Casco Viejo and experience this incomparable neighborhood. I left there dreaming of owning my own place in this building. Fantastic!

Charming 2 Bedroom is not in Lovely Panama City

I cannot fairly provide an overall rating because I was not able to access the property and had to make arrangements to lodge at a hotel. I accept responsibility for not thoroughly vetting this property. I did not return to this location after seeing the surroundings and then being told by the owner that the neighborhood was in transition. I don't think this property is not in "Lovely Panama". There were frequent police patrols, and the immediate surroundings were concerning. A boarded-up house across the street, which appeared abandoned, was unsettling. A young man approached us, making lewd gestures and propositions, creating an unsafe atmosphere. Street parking was limited, and the crowded area felt unsafe for overnight stays. The building itself was attractive, but it stood out starkly in a rundown neighborhood, highlighting the disparity between the property and its surroundings. This area felt unsafe for walking or exploring, with numerous abandoned and dilapidated buildings. I don't think it is safe at this time. The property owner was responsive to my emails after we established communication and I settled for a fifty percent refund.
