Wonderful Stay

We loved the location of this condo. It was the perfect size for our family. The hurricane did cut our trip short but the owner was so nice and even refunded the nights we didn’t stay.

Great Location

We had a wonderful time while here. It was a great spot for us to connect with some family members we dont get to see often enough. There was a great view and everything we needed was pretty much there. We live only a couple hours away so pretty much have a lot to select from and this was a great option.

Friend get away

Jen/Jess have a lovely corner condo with very comfortable accommodations. We were treated with a nice bottle of sparkling grape juice upon arrival…nice touch. Owners were very accommodating when we had to change our reservation date and they promptly responded to our correspondence. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Week at the beach!

Everything was just like the pictures. We had a wonderful stay! The fourth floor was picture perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean and looking over the big pool. The bed is the master bedroom was so comfortable too!

Very clean and loved the location in building. Jennifer and Jessica were very gracious and helpful. Had a small problem with living room TV but owners were pronto to remedy! Will gladly recommend to anyone wanting to visit PCB.

The location was perfect. The host had everything as expected. The early check in for this condo was perfect! It really got our first day off to a great start. The only negative was the elevator situation; which was a little ridiculous.

Fall Break

The property is located not far from Pier Park. We did have an issue with most of the elevators not working for a few days but by mid week they were working. The unit was nice and very clean.

Oceanfront Oasis!

This beautiful condo provided my family with a much needed break from the cold. The owners were incredibly thorough throughout the check in process leading up to our stay which made it effortless when we got there! Once we checked in, we were amazed at how large and open the unit itself was. The pictures do not do the unit itself or the views justice! We utilized the recommendations for nearby restaurants from the guestbook that other renters have written down from previous stays. We can’t wait to come back!

Great communication! We loved the early check-in option! Super clean, comfortable & nicely decorated condo. Huge space for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen ready for all your cooking needs. Beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf. Easy access to the pool & beach. Having the beach chairs/umbrella rental available was a treat ☺️ Pier Park nearby was very nice. Many restaurants, shopping & family fun near by. Our family loved everything. One of the BEST vacations yet!

Our stay was fantastic. It was a pleasure staying with you all but the only thing I would change is the king size mattress. It is definitely time for a brand new mattress for the master bedroom. Spend the 500.00 or 600.00 on a memory foam from Sams or Costco. Don’t take this as a bad review because the owners are wonderful people and they will make sure your stay is good.

Pics don’t do justice!

Pictures truly don’t do justice! The owners have thought of everything & more. Kitchen is stocked, beach chairs, toys, comfy beds, & the place is absolutely beautiful! 3 pools including an indoor heated pool. But we stayed at the one off of our balcony. McDonalds right across the street & only a short walk to plenty of other nicer restaurants. The attention to detail in the place is everything. Away from all of the noise & chaos! Balcony view was perfect. Elevator was a tad slow, it expected for the time of year. Still 10/10! Will 100% be repeat guest, we come to PCB a few times a year & this will be our new permanent vacation place I believe! Thanks for having us!

The unit was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Nice view of ocean and pool. quick check in and check out. We used the stairs our whole stay. We must’ve gone during a busy week, the elevators were never available for us. It’s on the 4th floor so not bad unless you have a lot of stuff to carry. The hosts were great, very responsive with any questions I had. Staff at the resort were friendly. Location is nice. Not far from the pier. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

This is a lovely condo just perfect for my son and I. I deliberately chose a lower floor so we could use the stairs when the elevators were busy and it was a good decision! The kitchen was well equipped for us. The view from the balcony is great with a perfect sunset view. It is a small balcony but perfect for us. We walked to Pier Park a couple of times and to a local bar/restaurant several times. The only minor thing not included are beach towels. Most beach condos provide them since they’re bulky to pack. However, regular cable TV is provided - which is a plus - as well as Roku for streaming channels. We enjoyed this condo very much and had a great time!

Absolutely WONDERFUL!!!

The owners of this unit are amazing! The communication they have with you before, during, and after is better than any I have ever experienced with renting any other unit. They also give you recommendations on things to do while at PCB, something no other owner we have rented from has ever done and it was very much appreciated. We actually went on an excursion Jess suggested and we absolutely loved it. We went kayaking down a river to a crystal clear spring and it was gorgeous, we would have never known about this little gem had Jess not given the suggestion and this will be something we do every year from now on thanks to her. The room was so very nice and spacious and we appreciate them sharing their unit with us as renters. You can’t go wrong with this unit and the owners!

Perfect!

Room was great. Fully stocked with extras you would never think of packing! Kitchen has full set of cups, dishes, knives, cooking utensils, even spices, olive oil, etc! Frying pans, saucepans, colanders, Tupperware. Ice maker/ water in fridge. They have beach chairs, beach toys, noodles and a boogie board. They also have a cabinet of board games. Smart tvs in living room and bedrooms. Beautifully decorated. Living room has pull out sofa (2 people) and a pull out loveseat (twin size). 2 huge outside pools, never had to fight for lounge chairs. Nice hot tubs. 10/10 recommend, and will absolutely be back. Owner texted when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory. Awesome stay at a beautiful place!
