Upon arrival, you will be required to purchase a Resort Amenities packet for $85 at the concierge desk. This packet will include RFID wristbands and one parking pass. The wristbands are required to access the garage, property and amenities.
This condo is conveniently located on the ground floor and overlooks the most beautiful resort style pool in all of Panama City Beach. The pool, hot tub and beach are just a few steps from your door with a private locking patio gate to the pool and a public gate just around the corner from the front door. Your reserved parking space is also located on the 1st level in the parking garage. The spaces in the parking garage are limited in size and will be a tight squeeze for large SUV's and trucks. Attached cargo carriers on the bumpers are prohibited in the parking garage.

The kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops comes fully equipped with dishes, flatware, glassware, coffee makers, blender, and other kitchen items. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a premium mattress and its own dedicated bath. The bunk room has a privacy door and 2 comfortable twin beds with its own dedicated full bath also with a privacy door. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat with a roll away coffee table and a work desk. There are TV's in the primary bedroom, bunk room and living room.
