Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.

We clean all hard surface floors with steam mops. We take special care to wipe down everything in bathrooms and kitchens. All doorknobs, faucets, towel bars, countertops, tables and light switches are sanitized. Our laundry is sent out to a professional service for high temperature washing. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything just to be sure nothing was missed. If you notice any housekeeping issues upon arrival, please contact us right away so we can address those issues for you. In the villa area, you may see safety supports that are used to make sure the construction work is done safely, these do not indicate that the building is compromised or is unsafe. These projects are planned and executed to inconvenience you as little as possible during your stay with us. If you see work in progress please understand that the buildings remain safe for occupancy.
